- If your charging cable does not charge, please try the methods as followed. A. Please make sure that the tail cap has been already screwed tight. and try swabbing the contacts in the tail cap with some rubbing alcohol to thoroughly clean them. B. Please try to change another charger for the MCC3 charging cable.
